I live very near Washington, D.C. and we had the same situation with 2 feet of snow the weekend before Christmas. It paralyzed North Carolina and Virginia because they don't know how to cope with it either! Enjoy!

France is covered in snow and it is pandemonium everywhere. The French do not know how to cope with this kind of weather......
