Margit, I too am sorry to have missed the 50th. It was the one I had targeted but my beloved has health issues and I simply could not make the trip. Seems to me all of my classmates have cheated "old man time", meaning those who are still alive, and managed to age beautifully. God Bless you.....and let the folks know I'll make tee times for the golfers if they come to sunny (but very cold this week) West Palm Beach, Florida.....jim
Margit,
Thanks so much for letting us know about Sandy. What a tragedy! It was nice to be able to read the very personal obituary-----Sandy sounds like a wonderful mother and friend---and a very strong woman.

Hi Margit,
Thanks for your message today. We've had a good holiday season with some of our family---our Denver contingent wasn't here and won't get back until my Mother's 100th birthday on Easter Sunday weekend. Our sad news is that Bing and Bart's brother, Brent, died last Thursday. He has had Parkinson's Disease for 20 years and had done quite well for many of those years---thanks to a Johns Hopkins Program in which we know he was on some experimental drugs. Unfortunately his last few years have been difficult---so perhaps it was the right time. We'll be down in Sandy Spring, MD for a memorial service on March 7th and 8th.
Thanks for sending more snow up our way. I'm sorry you all have had so much of it this year-----but we never seem to know whether we are going to get it or not and it has caused problems during commuting hours and for me planning weekly visits with my Mom in CT.
Stay well----
Marcy
